Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the administration and service delivery for Institutional Wealth clients. You’ll serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, resolve complex issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations. You’ll also lead client onboarding, support investment reviews, and manage retirement plan services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer institutional client accounts
- Resolve complex client issues and coordinate with internal departments
- Lead onboarding for new clients and oversee service delivery
- Support investment review meetings with reporting and analysis
- Handle retirement plan transitions and compliance matters
Skills and Competencies
Client & Relationship Management
- Strong client service and retention skills
- Effective cross-functional collaboration
Retirement Plan Expertise
- Knowledge of 401(k), DB, and NQDC plans
- Familiarity with ERISA and plan compliance
Custody & Investment Management
- Experience with custody services and investment oversight
Trust Accounting & Operations
- Proficient in trust systems, reconciliations, and compliance
Communication & Problem Solving
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Skilled in resolving high-complexity issues
Project Management & Leadership
- Strong organizational skills and transition planning
- Professional, ethical, and team-oriented
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or
- 9–11 years in Retirement or Institutional Trust Services, legal, or investment roles
