Manager, Talent Acquisition & Recruiting for WhiteWater Express Car Wash

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition & Recruiting to lead and elevate recruiting strategy across its growing, multi-state organization.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building. The position will shape recruiting strategy, improve processes, optimize technology, strengthen sourcing, develop hiring practices, and use data to drive better hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate is a builder who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, designing better processes and systems while remaining close enough to the work to understand what is happening in the markets.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 + Bonus Potential
